Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the specific order containing the home goods you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Item

  Carefully repackage your items in their original protective packaging and boxes to ensure they are not damaged during the transit back to our warehouse.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are fully covered.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned furniture or decor, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
